Taking for ever to start localhost (no replies)

Please help me, can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?
I am using windows 7 64bit. above you see a copy of appache log file.
It takes sometimes 5 minutes to start localhost, something is wrong but dont know what.
Using easyphp to learn how to use this language and in need of some help.
