After computer restart EasyPHP DevServer 14.1 VC11 stops working (no replies)

Hi guys,

I'm having the same problem with EasyPHP DevServer 14.1 VC11 even though I had uninstalled and then installed again. I'm using Windows 8.1 / 64bit

Immediately upon installing EasyPHP DevServer 14.1 VC11 - it works.

However, after a computer restart EasyPHP no longer works. I am presented with "This webpage is not available". If I continue trying to use EasyPHP the icon on the taskbar becomes unresponsive and I have to kill the task using the Task Manager.

Previously I ran the uninstall and manually deleted the folders which could not be removed by the uninstall and did another install. Again, works immediately after installation but as soon as I switch off the computer and then switch on later EasyPHP isn't working.

What do I need to do to get it up and running?
