PHP Accelerators & Moodle performance (no replies)

Looking for help on how to install a PHP Accelerator (i.e. APC, PHPA, Xcache, WinCache or eAccelerator).

Also, if anyone has performance tips on running Moodle under EasyPHP that would be great.
