Devserver 16.1 Windows 10.
I'll be using my server JUST FINE and then I'll need to open the dashboard to get into phpmyadmin and it loads and it says BOTH HTTPSERVER AND DBSERVER are stopped (indicated by the green start buttons next to each)
So then I go "that cant be right because it was just running and I didnt stop it", so I go back to my other tab that had the website loaded and refresh and i get a time out. Which means loading the dashboard force stops the serices?
EDIT: I think this may be caused by restoring after a hibernate.

And while you're at it, here is a couple other issues I have with it:
#1 - No service "restart button" in dashboard. I have to physically click stop, (which doesnt even stop it, it brings me to the service control page) then i have to click stop again. Then I have to click start - WTF?
#2 - Saving last configuration when service is stopped - I mean seriously, If I always run apache with php7, then why do I have to select php7 from the list every time I run the server?
#3 - RESTART SERVICES FROM TASK TRAY ICON RIGHT CLICK! PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!

These are basic features that all worked fine on the previous version of devserver but you totally f-ed up this version. And its not like I can down grade if I want to run php7, which I do. So I'm stuck with this nonsense until you fix it. Please do.
