EasyPHP & Curl (no replies)

I am trying to use the php curl function but my page just appears blank. I am using the tutorial/script found here (http://www.oooff.com/php-scripts/basic-curl-scraping-php/basic-scraping-with-curl.php). Curl is enabled based on what phpinfo shows (information 7.30.0). What am I doing wrong?

EasyPHP is setup on Windows 10.
