htacess rewrite error404 (no replies)

My rewrite code in .htaccess works perfectly in a production environment (online server).

On localhost, using EasyPHP, returns 404.

I checked the httpd.conf and the module is enabled and is set by AllowOverride to All.

I do not know what might be happening ... any tips?
