Self taught. How to open files in Easyphp? (no replies)

I'm a self-taught coder. I've installed Easyphp developer 14.1 on my computer and it works.
I used to use it to test my Prestashop.
My Prestashop is no longer hosted on the web and now all I have are the backup files and straight-out copies of all the files.
I need to view the information on the products in my old Prestashop.
How can I open the files to view my Prestashop on my computer?
